Covid-19 Update We are closely following government guidelines in our club and are taking guidance from the industry body UKActive in the UK.

Our members can easily maintain at least a 2m distance from each other in all areas of the club, including our Group Exercise Studios where we’ve created 2.5m spaces for all class participants. We’re helping to facilitate social distancing via the following measures:

Bookings are limited for group exercise classes to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

We’re using signage and clear floor markings to help members to remain a safe distance apart and team members are on hand throughout our Clubs to support.

We have reduced the number of people in the pool at any one time.

Sanitising stations are available in all areas of the gym.

Increased cleaning checks across the whole of the gym have been implemented.

    Beginning with a consultation – our Trainers will tailor a diet and workout programme that is specific to your own body type and for the goal you have in mind. Whether you’re looking to improve your general fitness, losing weight for a special occasion or training for sport, our Trainers have the expertise to craft a workout programme that will have you achieving your goals within an agreed time frame. Together you’ll focus on a range of training techniques, such as: functional training; strength and conditioning; combat training; plyometrics; and high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T).


    As you begin, your trainer will complete a diet analysis and produce a meal plan for you to follow, based on your lifestyle. Let your Trainer know of any specific health conditions (e.g. Diabetes) or dietary needs (e.g. gluten free) so these can be accommodated in your meal plan.



    Therapy and recovery can play a big role in achieving your goals. A full body deep tissue sports massage can rejuvenate and refresh fatigued muscles, so you stay ready to face your goals. Our advanced Trainers can assist with a range of pain related issues -that can often impact exercise and prevent you from reaching your goals – such as: joint pain, back aches and pains, and sciatica.
